Marketing & Community Intern (Remote, Part-Time, Paid)
Role Summary
We’re seeking a hands-on, creative marketer to join us as our first Marketing & Community Intern. You’ll help build early brand awareness, connect with outdoor voices, and turn field feedback into insights that shape our upcoming pre-launch validation phase — ideal for someone excited to help build a new category from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and manage 150–200 hikers and creators for our national field trial.
Execute logistics for sample distribution, tester outreach, and feedback collection.
Translate real-world insights into content ideas and paid-ad testing frameworks.
Support social content planning and light creative coordination.
Summarize learnings into actionable marketing recommendations.
Ideal Candidate
Up to 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand-building (internships count).
Exceptionally organized, self-driven, and resourceful.
Fluent in Gen-AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) to research and create efficiently.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Active hiker or outdoor enthusiast with a genuine love for time in nature.
Interest in sustainability, beauty, or wellness is a plus.

Hours: 10–15 hours/week (flexible)
Compensation: $18–$30 per hour (based on experience and level)
Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)
